Just wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention: in the wake of the anti-GLBT-bullying fueled suicide of Billy Lucas, writer and activist Dan Savage has started the It Gets Better project. People are posting videos to show just that to GLBTQ youth: there’s a happy adulthood waiting out there for GLBTQ youth.
I know that many readers of Amplify are GLBTQ. I hope that all of you will take this video to heart — and that many of you will make your own! And even if you don’t, share the link widely. So many GLBTQ youth need to see it.
