    In many ways, I like the idea of trying to find "common ground" between abortion rights groups and abortion opponents. The most basic, most foundational bit of this "common ground" is that both groups want to see a decrease in the number of abortions performed every year. That’s a win in both columns. From this observation and a handful of others, we get the idea of "common ground,’ of shared principles, places that the two groups can come together and do something good.
